Notice of Construction - Burdette Drive Sanitary Sewer Lateral Rehabilitation

Please be advised that the City of Niagara Falls will be rehabilitating the City-owned portion of sanitary sewer laterals on Burdette Drive.  Work on the mainline sewers on Burdette Drive was completed earlier in 2025; the current contract involves rehabilitation of the City-owned portion of the laterals to private homeowners.

LiquiForce Services Inc. has been awarded the construction project. The work is scheduled to commence on November 24, 2025 and will be continuous until
approximately February 28, 2025, weather permitting.

Travellers are advised that the road may at times experience traffic delays or parking restrictions due to construction in progress. The contractor will have detour signs posted for alternate route(s) around the construction site when required.  We understand that this project may cause some inconvenience, and we
