The City is in receipt of 4 consent applications to establish easements on properties on the corner of Stanley Ave and Don Murie Street, as shown on Schedule 1. The easements are requested for the purpose of improved functionality of the site to facilitate safe and effective vehicular circulation, access and internal traffic movement. A deeming bylaw has also been received to facilitate the merging of Part 8.
The subject lands are currently zoned site specific Light Industrial Zone (LI-31) in part and site specific Neighbourhood Commercial (NC-30) in part under Zoning By-law No. 79-200. The proposal would maintain the existing zoning
