The subject property known as 6060 CHURCH'S LN is located on the south side of Church’s Lane between Portage Road and St. Anthony Crescent.

The applicant is proposing to convey Part 1 with a lot area of 450.6 square metres for future residential use. Part 2 (591.4 square metres) will be retained for residential use on the above noted property. Part 3 will be dedicated to the City for a future road widening. The parcels inadvertently merged due to same ownership and are being severed to create 2 residential lots. The subject property is zoned Residential 1D Density (R1D) Zone in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200.
