The City is in receipt of an application for validation of title for 4604 Morrison Street and 4598 Morrison Street. The two parcels inadvertently merged upon registration of a transfer of ownership in 1961, therefore a validation certificate is needed to legitimize the status of the two separate parcels of land as part lots, validating a 2012 conveyance pursuant to section 57 of the planning act.


The subject lands are currently zoned Residential Two Zone (R2) under Zoning By-law No. 79-200. The proposal would maintain the existing zoning and the existing use as two separate dwellings.
