You are invited to attend a Public Open House where you can learn about and provide feedback on the draft Grassy Brook Secondary Plan. Secondary Plans are used to comprehensively plan for large developable areas in the City by providing future land use designations and policies to guide long-term community development. Join us to share your thoughts. Please note, this is not a statutory meeting. A statutory public meeting will be scheduled for a future date.
This meeting will focus on the draft Secondary Plan policies, zoning, and accompanying land use schedules. Representatives from Dillon Consulting and the City’s Planning, Building and Development Department will be in attendance to answer questions of attendees.
