The subject property known as 8056 MCLEOD RD is located on South side of Mcleod Rd.
between Kalar Rd. and Pin Oak Dr. The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider minor variances from provisions of Zoning By-law No 79-200, as amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13).

The applicant is proposing to reduce the parking space requirement for the proposed
development at 8056 McLeod Road. The subject property is zoned Residential Apartment 5E
Density (R5E-992), in part, and Environmental Protection Area (EPA-993) zone, in part, in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200, as amended by By-law 2013-169 and further amended by Committee of Adjustment Application A-2017-040. A 10 storey, 96 unit apartment building is permitted subject to compliance with the respective by-laws and LPAT decision.
