The subject property known as 7956 SPRING BLOSSOM DR and 7948 SPRING BLOSSOM DR is located on the South side of Spring Blossom Drive between Kalar Road and Beaverdams Road.


The applicant is proposing a boundary adjustment where the applicant is proposing to convey Part 2 from 7948 Spring Blossom Drive (Part 1) to be added to Parts 3, 4, 5, and 6 for future residential development. Part 1 will be retained for continued residential use. 7948 Spring Blossom Drive is zoned Residential 1E Density (R1E) Zone, in accordance with Bylaw No. 79-200, as amended by By-law No. 1995-240. Part 1, 3, 4 and 5 are zoned Residential 1E Density (R1E) Zone, in accordance with By-law No. 79-200, as amended by By-law No. 1995- 240 in part, and 2001-038 in part.
