The subject property known as 6367 Ker Street is located on the north side of Ker Street between Drummond Road and  Franklin Avenue. 

The applicant is requesting the Committee of Adjustment to consider a minor variance from provisions of Zoning By-law No 79-200, as  amended, through a process permitted by Section 45(1) of the Planning Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13). 

The subject property is zoned Residential 1E Density Zone (R1E) Zone, in accordance with Zoning By-law No. 79-200.The applicant is proposing a reduction in length to the required parking spaces within the front yard to accommodate the required parking for the proposed Additional Dwelling Unit and primary residence.
